Dawson Michael, a junior here at BCS, achieved Student of the Month at Anthis Career Center. Dawson is enrolled in the Electrical Construction program at Anthis. His teacher, Mr. Luke Richardson, has high regards for Dawson and appreciates Dawson’s serious attitude towards the program. Mr. Richardson said this, “In the little time I have known Dawson, he has taken an active interest in the class with a positive attitude and has the ability to establish rapport and is respected by other students.” Thank you Dawson for being a representative for Blackhawk Christian High School!
Dawson also attended a competition on February 16, 2013, the Skills USA Regional Contest. He won first place by successfully wiring the electrical work in a mock bathroom and bedroom. Dawson will be moving on to State, which is in Indianapolis, in April. We wish you the best of luck, Dawson!
